Take a Closer Look {February}
Hi friends! I’m so excited to be participating in another Take a Closer Look Blog Hop!
I wanted to give you the first look at my new product. I am so excited to use this…I tried to think about our week next week and our Valentine’s party and everything I would need! I think I have included all you could possibly need to have a fabulous class party with your sweeties this week!
Now…let’s take a closer look!
I included lots of printables that you could use during the party or in the few hours/days leading up to it! They would be perfect for morning work too! 🙂 I tried to include a few pages for each level! 2nd graders and high flyers in first grade can do addition/subtraction with 40-80 and parts of speech. First graders can color by sum/difference and kinder babies can roll a die and color the number! I also included 2 pages that are just coloring for the party. 🙂
You will also find a word search, 2 graphing pages, a fun drawing page and a page for them to write about things they love!
I plan on letting my kiddos write little notes to each other all week long. They will bring their own cards from home for our party but these will be super fun throughout the week. I also love that they can do a little writing. 🙂 I just know they will love doing these all week!
My kiddos LOVE Bingo! There are 10 cards as well as calling cards. 🙂
Here are some other super fun games to play during the party! I’m most excited about Pin the Kiss on the Frog. I plan on projecting the frog onto my Smartboard and giving each kiddo a “kiss” to plant right on that cute frog! I plan on writing their names on the lips so we can see who the winner is!
Here are some letters/notes to send home!
And the part I am MOST excited about…Editable parent letters! I know how helpful editable products can be! Just type right in and customize it for your needs! 🙂
You can head on over to my store and grab this while it’s on sale! 🙂
And now for a little tip!! Use a Google Doc to request snacks from parents! I did it this year and my parents LOVED it. It was SO easy to do and they filled that sign up sheet! That has never happened before!!
I included step by step directions in the packet in case you are unsure! 🙂
Now head on over to Angela’s blog to see what product she has to show you! 🙂
