Hi friends! I wanted to share a fun little activity we did this week to go along with one of everyone’s favorite Back to School read alouds!

I’ve mentioned before how much I LOVE directed drawings. They help our kiddos work on fine motor, following directions, and so much more. I try to do them frequently, because I love them so much! One of my favorite projects each year is this calendar of Directed Drawings for families! I love it and parents do too! 

After reading Chrysanthemum, we talked a lot about being kind friends and then we whipped out our paper and paper and got ready! 

I chose to do the front facing one, but I made 2 little options for you! 🙂
