Summer To Do List

Hello!! 🙂 How are you? I’m BINGE watching Scandal…it’s pretty much amazing. I’ve been in a documentary mode, but I needed a no brainer show to watch while I work. 🙂 I’m super excited about this fun linky from the amazing Deanna Jump
So…here is my list. 🙂 I still have 8 days of school left, but I’m READY!
I am LOVING My Fitness Pal! Katie King and Rachelle are SUCH inspirations to me!! Seriously…when I get defeated, I just think about their progress. I LOVE that even on days like today when I eat a little too much queso…I know how many calories I need to burn to at least maintain my weight! Or hopefully go a little under my calorie goals. 🙂 Yesterday we were out of town…and I thought “hmm…I just won’t track today. It’s vacay!” And then I get this notifaction “Don’t give up! It’s not too late to track! SOOO motivating!!!!!
How lucky am I? This man is so wonderful. He is so supportive about blogging, TPT, teaching, My Fitness Pal, and anything else I put my mind too. He makes me feel like the luckiest girl in the world every single day.
In the summer, this guy gets on a pretty regular schedule, haha. Pretty much every Tuesday I get a call asking me to come pick him up. He starts Kinder in the Fall…and the boy hates letters…and reading…and pretty much anything that isn’t shooting things, killing things, and sometimes science. So…we have some work to do during those Tuesday dates! 🙂
I can’t wait to spend some quality time with my girls! See that sweet blonde? She just graduated Dental School and FINALLY lives in the same city as her family. Hallelujah! Keith totally stole my brothers, so I’m stealing his sister! And my besties…Mako and Brittany…are the mothers to my precious precious boys Dougie and Jasper. I can’t WAIT to be with these boys and their mamas!!!!
This needs no explanation. Tucker Bear loves summer time. 🙂 We have a park by us with a pond and he LOVES it. Ms. Sherrie, his groomer, doesn’t. 🙂
I know this seems like a lot…I’m actually a pretty fast reader, thank goodness. I started the Book Whisperer last week, and I’m halfway done. It’s AWESOME. It’s definitely geared towards intermediate grades and middle school, but it has excellent points for ALL teachers. And everyone’s been talking about Crash Course, so I had to add it to my list! We can all use a little inspiration!!!
You know how earlier I was talking about documentaries…well, I watched one and now I’m vegetarian, hahaha. At least TRYING to be. I’ve had a few missteps, but so far I’m loving this new lifestyle. Plus, it keeps me from binging on burgers and fries!!! 🙂
We have a 3 bedroom house…and one of them is just crap. There’s no special name for it…it’s not an office. It’s not a guest room. It’s just a room full of crap. And something has got to be done, haha…you know my bestie I talked about…Jasper’s mom…well she will need to help with this room.
We moved in last August, and I have still not hung anything on our walls. Or decorated anything. So…yeah…that needs to happen…
And here’s some products I’m hoping to knock out. Sort it Out is all of my word sorts I use through the year…this will be SOOO helpful for me to have done. Right now, every Sunday I’m frantically trying to come up with words for different word patterns, hahaha…
I can’t wait to hear all about your summer plans!!! Be sure to head over and link up with your own list!
