14 in 14 Linky Party

Hi friends! Holy moly…can you believe it is almost 2015?!?! I’m so excited for this super fun linky!! I can’t wait to share 14 of my favorite moments from 2014! I’m super grateful to Hadar, Kristin, and Traci for putting this together!
Of course, I’m including the first TPT conference. SOO fun! I’m so thankful for that opportunity and counting the days until next year. I even signed up to present…WHAT?!??!? I seriously 100% doubt they pick me, but it was fun to try!! 🙂
So..we really love Vegas. Alot. We were in Vegas in May a few months before TPT with some friends. I seriously looked everywhere and there’s not one freaking picture of us, hahaha. What in the world?!?! I really, really, really love roulette. Like a lot.
So…this was big. Little man has been playing baseball since he was 3. Blastball to be exact. Most precious thing EVER. Then T-Ball…now baseball. AND NOW…Soccer! He is such a little soccer stud!!  And yes…my shirt says Liam’s sister. Jealous?!??
My hubby, and his parents and sister went to Punta Cana to celebrate sweet Amber’s graduation from Dental School. It was so beautiful. And all-inclusive is THE WAY TO GO! We will definitely be planning another trip like that in the future. And again..not one freaking picture on any of our facebooks?! I don’t understand!!
I’m sorry…I just can’t help it. This little man started kindergarten and I’m so stinkin’ proud. He’s a little naughty sometimes…well a lot naughty…but I think it’s just his intelligence and confidence. (wink!!) I talk to his teacher regularly, and she is amazing. We are so thankful for Ms. Dodson and her patience!! And he’s like super smart….not even lying. Last night we played Monopoly. NOT Monopoly Jr. The real one. And he kicked my butt. And he’s 6….
One of my FAVORITE nights of the year was Paint Your Pet with my cousin. I got it for her for birthday and it was SOOOOOOO fun!! They sketch your sweet puppy first (or cat, horse, guinea pig, etc.) and then you get to paint it. I can’t wait to do it again!!
My sweet little brother Andy got engaged. Preparing for the proposal was SOO fun! Luna, my puppy niece, maybe the cutest dog ever. Like maybe even cuter than Tuck! Just LOOK at that face!! And just like my sweet Liam, Luna is NAUGHTY. This girl does whatever she wants…whenever she wants…much like her owner!
Um…this was the best day ever. My dad came to eat lunch with me and meet my kiddos. They LOVED him. Everyone loves him. Our future babies are incredibly lucky to have him as a grandpa. He’s not QUITE as calm during chaos as I am. A few seconds after this was snapped he said “It’s getting a little crazy in here!!” He looked a little terrified. Well…a lot terrified.
I can’t believe it. 3,000 of you crazy people follow me. That’s just mind-blowing. I meant to do a big celebration but with the holidays I didn’t. I hope you forgive me!! 🙂 I am SO incredibly grateful for you, your confidence in my resources, and your support. I never would have seen myself here. It’s amazing…really..
I know you’ve heard this..but for real…bloggy friends are the best friends. I think I share more with my online friends than I do with some of my real friends. Like Jessica and Christina. #onlinebesties
I can’t believe it’s been 2 years already. I feel like I’ve spent my whole life with him..but our wedding doesn’t feel that long ago. LOVE this man and our crazy life.
SO yeah…I went fishing with my cousins. I caught the most fish…BOO YA!! I really really hated everything but sitting there with my cousins and catching them. Fortunately we had a guide who fixed up my fishing poles for me and helped me reel the poor fishies in.
These same cousins and I headed down to the coast for a little getaway. So fun. I have the best cousins. This picture was followed by too many Fireball shots and a family race on the beach. I lost. Shocked, I know…
And finally, this is NOT a good moment in 2014 but it was life changing and has changed me for the better. I could never describe this year without his memory. My sweet, sweet Doug passed away this summer. He has been one of the most influential people in my life since I was 10 years old. Doug was a full-time counselor for anyone who needed him..he didn’t even charge if you couldn’t pay. He was and always will be my hero. I got a necklace that says WWDS for What Would Doug Say. He was so wise, kind, forgiving, and graceful. I wear my necklace almost everyday and try to lead my life in a way that makes him proud.
I can’t wait to hear about your favorite moments from this year. Please share!!
